Bulk pricing is provided by personalised quote and is based on quantity, with better value available at higher volumes. Bulk orders start from 50 magnets.
Design Support

If you need assistance preparing your image or layout, optional design support is available at no extra cost.

This may include:

  • Image placement and sizing
  • Simple layout adjustments
  • Preparing your design for print.

Any design assistance will be discussed and confirmed as part of your quote.
Production

Production timeframes vary depending on order size and workload.

Once your enquiry is received, we'll confirm order and delivery pricing, and production timelines.

Production begins once your quote is approved and full payment is received.

Once production has commenced, bulk orders are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or changed.

Dispatch, Delivery & Collection

  • Australia-wide and New Zealand shipping available
  • Delivery timeframes are managed by the postal or courier network once dispatched
  • Local pickup available from Rockdale NSW 2216
  • Free local drop-off within a 8km radius of Rockdale.
Returns & Order Issues

As our products are personalised, we’re unable to accept change-of-mind returns.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can review and assist.
