Create Print Love (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides personalised photo magnets and printed products through our website. These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases and use of our website.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By using our website or placing an order with Create Print Love, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not place an order.

3. Personalised Orders

All products sold by Create Print Love are custom-made and personalised using the images or artwork you upload.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You have the right to use the images or artwork provided
• Any images supplied do not infringe copyright or intellectual property rights
• The content is appropriate and lawful.
  

We reserve the right to refuse to print images that are offensive, inappropriate, unlawful, or where we reasonably believe copyright permission has not been granted.

If an issue arises with your images, we will contact you before printing wherever possible.

4. Image Quality & Cropping

For best results, customers are responsible for uploading high-quality, original images.

Please note:

• Screenshots or heavily compressed, dark, blurry or pixelated images may impact print quality
• Colours may vary slightly between screens and printed products due to differences in monitors and printing processes.
• We are unable to take responsibility for issues caused by poor image quality, incorrect sizing or cropping, or spelling or design errors
• Final print quality depends on the quality of the files provided.
  

If an image is not suitable for printing, or requires significant adjustment, we will contact you before production.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Full payment is required before production begins. Prices may change at any time without notice, however, confirmed orders will not be affected.

6. Production & Turnaround

Orders are typically printed and dispatched within 2 business days.

During busy periods or for bulk orders, production times may vary slightly. Any significant delays will be communicated where possible.

7. Delivery

Delivery timeframes vary based on location and selected delivery method.

Once an order has been dispatched:

• Tracking details will be provided where available
  
• Delivery timeframes are managed by the third-party postal or courier service.
  

Create Print Love is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services once an order has left our care.

8. Bulk & Branded Orders

Bulk orders are available for quantities of 50 magnets or more. Bulk order pricing, artwork requirements and production timelines are confirmed prior to printing.

Once production has commenced, bulk orders are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or changed. Timelines and delivery costs may differ from standard personalised orders.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

We take pride in the care and quality of every order.

As our products are personalised, change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with clear photos and description. We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important. Personal information is used only to process your order or communicate with you about your purchase. We never sell or share your information with third parties.

11. Social Media & Marketing Permission

As part of the order process, you will need to declare whether or not we have your permission to share images/videos of your order on our website/social media platforms.

If you indicated Yes during the order process, but later change your mind, please contact us and we will happily accommodate.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
