1. About Create Print Love

Welcome to Create Print Love. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

These Terms apply to all purchases made through our website and to your use of our products and services.

2. Orders

Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details are accurate before completing checkout, including product selections, uploaded images or artwork, quantities, and delivery information.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production or order processing has commenced.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or refund any order that contains content we reasonably believe to be unlawful, offensive, defamatory, infringes intellectual property rights, or is otherwise inappropriate.

3. Customer content

By uploading images, artwork or other content to our website, you confirm that:

• you own the content or have permission to use it;
• it does not infringe the copyright, trademark or other rights of any third party;
• it complies with all applicable laws.

Create Print Love does not verify ownership of uploaded content and accepts no responsibility for claims arising from materials supplied by customers.

4. Product information

We make every effort to accurately describe our products and display colours as faithfully as possible. However, colours and finishes may vary slightly between screens, printers, inks, materials and production processes.

Minor variations in colour, brightness, trimming, alignment or finish are considered normal and are not regarded as manufacturing defects.

5. Pricing & payment

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) or New Zealand Dollars (NZD), depending on your selected store region.

Full payment is required before production or dispatch.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all website content, including text, graphics, photographs, logos, product descriptions and branding, remains the property of Create Print Love and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Create Print Love's liability is limited to replacing the product, supplying an equivalent product, or refunding the purchase price where appropriate.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. File storage

We do not guarantee the long-term storage of uploaded images or artwork. Customers are responsible for keeping copies of their original files.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website and will apply from the date it is published.
