At Create Print Love, we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Processing times vary depending on the products ordered.

Processing times

Photo paper

Photo paper orders placed before 12:00pm (AEST/AEDT) on business days are typically dispatched the same business day.

Orders placed after 12:00pm, on weekends or public holidays will generally be dispatched on the next business day.

Personalised products

Personalised photo magnets and other custom-made products are typically produced and dispatched within 2 business days.

During busy periods, promotions or seasonal demand, production times may be slightly longer. If significant delays occur, we'll let you know as soon as possible.

Bulk magnet orders

Production and dispatch timeframes for bulk or branded magnet orders will be confirmed when your order or quotation is finalised.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking details (where available) so you can monitor your delivery.

Delivery timeframes

Delivery times are estimates only and are provided by our shipping partners.

Once your parcel has been handed to the postal or courier service, delivery is outside of our control. While we'll gladly assist with any enquiries where possible, we cannot guarantee delivery timeframes or accept responsibility for delays caused by the carrier.

Incorrect delivery details

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

We are unable to provide refunds or replacements for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

Delivered parcels

Where tracking confirms a parcel has been successfully delivered, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer.

If you believe your parcel has been lost or there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist in working with the shipping provider.
