Q: What can I do to ensure high quality images and prints?
A: Ensure that images are of a high quality - in formats such as JPEG or PNG, at least 300 dpi, and not dark, busy, blurry or pixelated. Avoid submitting screenshots. Keep text, faces and the focal point of your image at least 2mm away from the edge of the image (when cropping in the image selection tool).
Q: What if my images are low quality or pixelated?
A: We recommend high-resolution images for the best print. If your images are low quality, we may suggest adjustments for optimal results. If images are not printable, we will let you know and issue a full refund.
Q: How do I care for my magnets?
A: Keep the magnets away from heat and moisture. Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth to remove any dust/debris. Avoid abrasive materials and rubbing the plastic side on magnets.

Q: Do you provide design assistance?
A: Yes! We can help with layout, fonts, colours, and overall design so your magnets look beautiful and professional.
Q: Can I change my order after placing it?
A: Changes can be made before production begins. We're pretty quick to start production, so if you require any changes, please contact us immediately.

A: Yes! Simply send us your design ideas and order details, and we’ll provide a personalised quote.

Dispatch & Delivery
Q: How long will my order take?
A: For the square magnets purchased as a set, this can typically take up to 2 business days to produce and dispatch. For bulk orders, production and dispatch times may take longer.
Delivery times are estimated to be approximately 3-5 business days, but this can vary depending on the Australia Post network and your location, which is beyond our control.

A: A tracking number will be emailed to you soon after dispatch.

A: Currently, we only deliver to AU and NZ.

A: Currently, square magnets measuring 50mm x 50mm and 63.5mm x 63.5mm.

Q: What materials are your magnets made from?
A: Our magnets are made using premium photo paper, metal and acrylic backing, strong magnet, protective plastic film, all to help keep your image vibrant and protected.
Returns & Satisfaction
Q: Can I return or exchange my magnets?
A: Since magnets are customised, we don’t accept returns for change of mind or incorrect ordering/submission.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos—we’ll make it right.
Q: Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
A: Yes! If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll work with you to resolve it and ensure you’re happy with your magnets.
